View events, tasks, and time in Calendar

What Calendar displays

Open Calendar to see a combined company-scoped schedule containing:

  • events from connected calendars;
  • tasks with scheduled start times; and
  • time entries in the visible date range.

Time entries display their project or a generic Time Entry label together with duration. Tasks without a start time do not appear as scheduled events.

Change the view and date

Use Day, Week, or Month view. Navigate to the previous or next period or return to today. The URL's date controls the range loaded from the server.

Filter time-entry statuses

Use All Statuses to show every time entry, or select statuses such as AI Suggested, Ready to Bill, Submitted, Needs Review, Approved, Rejected, Recalled, or Synced.

This filter applies to time entries, not external calendar events or tasks.

Edit scheduled work

Open an event card to review the available detail or editing action. Moving or resizing a task or time entry should be treated as changing the underlying record, not merely changing a visual block. Confirm the date, duration, project, and status afterward.

Refresh connected events

Calendar can request a synchronization for the visible date range. Wait for completion before concluding that an external event is missing. Multiple connected calendar accounts can contribute events to the active company's calendar.

Troubleshoot missing items

Confirm the active company, visible date range, connected account, and status filter. Then check whether the task has a start time or the time entry falls within the company timezone's date range.
