Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 Calendar

Before connecting

Switch to the company that should own the connection. Calendar integrations and their imported data are company-scoped. Confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the selected external account.

TimeSentry currently exposes Google Calendar and Outlook365 Calendar (Microsoft 365 Calendar) in the Integrations catalog.

Connect an account
  1. Open Integrations from the left navigation.
  2. Find Google Calendar or Outlook365 Calendar.
  3. Choose the connect action.
  4. Sign in to the provider when prompted.
  5. Review the requested permissions and select the intended account.
  6. Complete the authorization and return to TimeSentry.

Both calendar services support multiple connections. Repeat the process only when the active company legitimately needs another account.

Verify the connection

Return to the Integrations list and confirm the service shows as connected. Open Calendar, choose a date range containing known events, and request a refresh or sync if needed.

AI generation can also use calendar activity when the source is selected. When scoped to a client, contact addresses help filter relevant email and calendar activity.

Manage or disconnect

Use Manage for the connected integration to review its accounts and settings. Disconnect an account when authorization should be revoked. Removing the integration can stop future synchronization without deleting all historical TimeSentry records.

Troubleshoot authorization

If connection fails, verify the external account, provider consent policy, popup or redirect behavior, and company plan. An administrator in the external organization may need to approve the application.

Do not share provider passwords or authorization codes with TimeSentry users or support staff.
