Connect, manage, and disconnect integrations
Switch to the company that should own the connection. Integration access and imported records are company-scoped, so connecting from the wrong company can make data appear in an unexpected workspace.
You must also be able to authorize the external account. Some connections require administrator approval, a paid TimeSentry plan, or credentials supplied by the external service.
Connect a service- Open Integrations.
- Search for the service or expand Billing, Productivity, Practice Management, or HR.
- Select the service and choose the connect action.
- Complete the provider's authorization screen or enter the requested credentials.
- Return to TimeSentry and confirm that the connection appears as connected.
- Open Manage Integrations to configure mappings, synchronization, or rules when supported.
Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook Mail, and Outlook Calendar support more than one connection. Give each connected account a recognizable display name when that option is available.
Disconnect safelyBefore removing a connection, check for pending imports, exports, invoice synchronization, or automatically created entries. Remove the connection from TimeSentry, then revoke TimeSentry in the provider when your security policy requires it.
Disconnecting stops future access; it does not necessarily delete records that were already imported or created. Archive or correct those records separately.
Plan availabilityEmail and calendar capture are available on the free tier. Clio, Clio EU, and MyCase can start a Professional trial. Other integrations may require Professional or another eligible plan. Gusto is shown as coming soon and cannot yet be connected.
