Connect Stripe for invoicing and payments
Open Integrations, select Stripe, and complete the Stripe connected-account flow. Use the legal business and bank details required by Stripe. The connection belongs to the active TimeSentry company, so confirm the company before starting.
Stripe may require identity, business, payout, or tax information before all capabilities are available. TimeSentry cannot bypass Stripe's verification requirements.
Use the connectionOnce connected, eligible invoices can use Stripe-supported delivery or payment actions available in TimeSentry. Review the recipient, invoice number, amount, currency, due date, and status before sending or synchronizing.
A TimeSentry status change does not prove that Stripe collected or paid out funds. Use the external Stripe record and your bank reconciliation as the financial source of truth for money movement.
Avoid duplicate charges or invoicesWait for confirmation after an action. If the screen times out or returns an uncertain result, check the TimeSentry invoice and Stripe before trying again. Do not create a replacement invoice while the first one may still be processing.
Disconnect or change the accountReconcile open invoices, payments, refunds, disputes, and payouts before removing access. Disconnecting prevents future TimeSentry operations but does not close the Stripe account or reverse completed transactions.
