Chat with an agent and review sessions
Open the managed agent's workspace and select the chat area. There is no separate start step: sending the first message creates a session and titles it from that message. Give the agent a clear objective, relevant constraints, and an expected output.
Work with sessionsThe session rail lists chats for the agent. Select a session to reopen its history. You can rename a session to make its purpose clearer. Heartbeat-created sessions are marked Auto.
Prompt, skill, tool, or permission changes generally apply to new sessions. Start a fresh chat when testing changed configuration rather than assuming the open session adopted it.
End, archive, or deleteEnd or archive a completed session to remove it from active work while preserving it according to the available workflow. Delete only when permanent removal is intended; deletion can also remove the provider-side session and cannot be treated as a reversible archive.
Review agent workInspect actions, created records, tool results, and errors. Confirm company scope, client/project classification, and any time entries or tasks before approval. Escalate unexpected access immediately and rotate the agent's API key if compromise is suspected.
