Create and organize notes

Create a note
  1. Confirm the active company.
  2. Open Notes.
  3. Choose the plus button in the note list.
  4. Replace the default New note title.
  5. Add content in the rich-text editor.

Changes to the title and content save automatically after you pause typing. Watch the save indicator before switching companies or closing the browser.

Find and organize notes

Use title search and date controls to narrow the note list. The available presets include recent periods, year to date, and last year. Give every note a descriptive title so search and the note sidebar remain useful.

Notes are company-scoped. Switching the active company changes the set of notes you can see.

Meeting-linked notes

A note can be associated with a meeting. When present, the note displays meeting title, date, time, a link to the meeting record, and an expandable meeting summary.

The Notes page also supports adding a Notetaker bot to a meeting by meeting URL when that capability is enabled. Recording and participation must follow company policy, organizer authorization, and applicable consent requirements.

Edit a note

Select the note in the left list, edit its title or content, and wait for the saved state. Rich-text content can include structured formatting, but avoid pasting secrets or client data outside your company's approved retention policy.

Delete a note

Use the trash action only when the note should be permanently removed. Deletion is different from closing a meeting or changing its summary. Confirm that important content is retained elsewhere before deleting.
