Connect Zoho Mail or Fastmail

Connect Zoho Mail

Open Integrations, select Zoho Mail, and complete the provider authorization. Confirm the Zoho account and organization on the consent screen before approving access.

Connect Fastmail

Select FastMail and enter a Fastmail API token when prompted. Create the token in Fastmail with only the access needed for the integration. Treat it like a password: do not send it through email or chat, and revoke it if it may have been exposed.

Configure mail rules

Both services support integration rules using fields such as subject, body, from address, from name, recipient, and CC recipient. Prefer stable addresses or client domains over broad subject words. Start with Save, review results, and then increase automation if accuracy is consistently high.

Disconnect or rotate access

Remove the connection from TimeSentry and revoke the provider authorization or API token when it is no longer needed. If you rotate a Fastmail token, update the TimeSentry connection through the supported reconnection flow; do not paste tokens into support messages.

Missing mail activity

Check the mailbox identity, active company, rule order, date range, and whether the provider revoked authorization. Confirm that the message is in the connected account rather than an alias, delegated mailbox, or separate account.
