Connect and configure MyCase
Open Integrations, select MyCase, and complete authorization for the intended firm. Connecting from the free tier starts a 14-day Professional trial. Confirm the active TimeSentry company before proceeding.
Map recordsOpen the connection in Manage Integrations. Use the client mapping area to link TimeSentry clients with MyCase contacts. Use the project area to link TimeSentry projects, matters, or cases with MyCase cases.
Prefer an explicit mapping when the record exists in both systems. Use Sync All only after reviewing unmapped records and deciding which system supplies missing data.
Configure automatic syncingThe connection can offer Auto-Sync Cases from MyCase. Enable it only after manual mappings have been validated. Automatic creation can amplify naming or ownership mistakes across many records.
Verify the resultCompare several clients and cases after synchronization. Check names, identifiers, relationships, active status, and the TimeSentry company scope. A successful authorization does not guarantee that every record is visible to the authorized MyCase user.
TroubleshootIf a case is missing, confirm the provider user can access it, the active company is correct, and filtering or mapping is not hiding it. Wait for running synchronization to finish before retrying.
