# Does TimeSentry support multiple currencies?
TimeSentry reports can contain currency-valued records from contracts and connected systems. Always confirm company scope, report currency, source-system currency, and whether conversion is performed before comparing totals.
This article preserves the original help URL and now reflects the current TimeSentry workflow.
Financial statements
When financial planning and accounting data are enabled, TimeSentry can provide:
- Income Statement;
- Balance Sheet; and
- Cash Flow statement.
Select the year, accounting basis, and scenario or actual/projected context offered by the view. Expand or drill into statement lines to investigate the accounts and periods contributing to a total.
Match the active company, period, and basis before comparing with an external accounting system. Cash-basis and accrual-basis figures are not interchangeable.
Narrative project reports
Project reports are organized into configurable sections. Set the report title and general instructions, add, remove, reorder, expand, or edit sections, and save the configuration.
Each saved update can create a new report iteration. Use iteration navigation to review prior versions. Redline information can show how a section changed from the previous version.
AI-assisted report updates
Use the report's assistant panel to request a content update. Review the resulting sections and redline before accepting the output as final. AI-generated narrative should be checked against the underlying project, time, task, and financial data.
Share or export
Use the available printable or PDF workflow when a finished report must be distributed. Confirm that client-confidential content, filters, and the selected iteration are correct before sharing outside TimeSentry.
