Connect Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, or RingCentral
TimeSentry supports separate connections for Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, and RingCentral Phone. These connectors use the business calling service, not ordinary Microsoft Teams meetings or Zoom meetings.
Open Integrations, select the service, and authorize the intended organization and account. Teams Phone may require additional connection configuration after authorization. Confirm that your provider license and administrator policy permit the requested access.
Route call activityPhone integration rules can match the from number, to number, or transcript. Use normalized business numbers when possible. A project-specific phone number is generally a stronger condition than a common word in a transcript.
Start with Save so a person reviews the company, client, project, description, duration, and billable setting. Use automatic submission only for a stable, audited workflow.
Recording and consentProvider call records or transcripts may be subject to recording-consent, wiretap, employment, and professional-responsibility rules. Connecting a service does not establish consent. Configure recording at the provider and in TimeSentry according to law and company policy.
TroubleshootConfirm the call occurred through the connected business phone service, not a different line or meeting product. Check the connection identity, phone-number format, rule order, date range, and provider permissions. Avoid reconnecting until you have checked whether records already arrived.
