Connect Google or Microsoft mail and calendars
Google mail and calendar are separate connections, as are Microsoft 365 mail and calendar. Connect only the services needed by your workflow. Each service can support multiple accounts.
- Open Integrations.
- Select Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook365 Mail, or Outlook365 Calendar.
- Authorize the correct provider account.
- Repeat for another service or account when needed.
- Open Manage Integrations to select the specific connection and configure rules.
Connected calendar events can appear in the TimeSentry calendar and can contribute captured activity for reconciliation. Confirm event attendees, subject, timing, and the active company before converting an event into a time entry.
Mail behaviorConnected mail can contribute activity used to suggest or create time records. Use integration rules to route high-confidence messages by sender, recipient, subject, or other supported fields. Avoid automatic submission until the rule has been tested.
Privacy and accessConnecting mail or calendar grants TimeSentry the provider permissions shown during authorization. Follow client-confidentiality and workplace policies. Disconnect an account that should no longer be used and revoke the grant at Google or Microsoft when required.
Troubleshoot missing activityConfirm the specific mail or calendar account is still connected, not merely another account of the same type. Check rule order, active-company scope, date and source filters, and whether the provider revoked access. Reauthorize only after checking for already-created records.
