Connect and configure Lawmatics
In the Lawmatics developer portal, create or locate an OAuth app and obtain its Client ID and Client Secret. Treat both as sensitive credentials.
Connect TimeSentryOpen Integrations, select Lawmatics, enter the Client ID and Client Secret, and continue through authorization. Confirm the active TimeSentry company and intended Lawmatics organization.
TimeSentry saves the credentials and starts the OAuth connection. Do not paste these values into a support ticket; provide only the app name or non-secret identifier when diagnosing access.
Select stages and synchronizeIn Manage Integrations, choose the Lawmatics pipeline stages from which records should synchronize. Sync All applies the configured selection; if no stages are selected, review the warning and expected behavior before continuing.
Start with a narrow set of stages. Review created, updated, and skipped records, including client identity, matter name, stage, owner, and relationships. Expand the selection only after the first results are correct.
TroubleshootConfirm the OAuth app is active, redirect settings and provider authorization are valid, and the authorized user can access the selected stages. If credentials were rotated, update the connection through the supported setup flow after preserving current mappings.
